Getting "Handy" in the classroom with technology integration
The Handy4Class Project was conceived as a means of connecting K-12 teachers with authentic classroom experiences that integrate handheld computers (HHCs). That definition has been broadened to include pre-service teachers as well as the faculty in higher education who mold and develop these budding professionals! The project has also broadened the scope of integrating technology to include SmartBoards and document cameras, as well as many other technology tools that can enrich our teaching.
With more and more K-12 schools purchasing these technology tools, we truly believe that they are becoming an important
tool for learning in classrooms. We are always ready to demonstrate the computing power that these devices
bring to the learning environment!
