Problem Solving Activity Types
There are many Activity Types that provide students with an opportunity to use problem solving strategies and skills. These take many forms, such as formal Problem-Based Learning activities that utilize research and data analysis to suggest possible solutions to a problem, activities that use concept mapping techniques to organize and visualize data, or activities that require the learner to use mathematical processes to find solutions to problems.
