What is a Spreadsheet Analysis?

A spreadsheet analysis is an analysis conducted using a spreadsheets—electronic  worksheets that solve problems involving numbers by organizing data in a matrix of rows and columns. The intersection of any given row and column is called a cell. Each cell can hold an item which is either text or a value or a formula. Each value can have a predefined relationship to the other values. If you change one value, therefore, you may need to change other values as well—the spreadsheet calculates these values. Think of it as a super-calculator! Spreadsheets can also produce graphs or charts that display these relationships.
