Welcome to the "Handy4Class" Project!

Bringing emerging technologies into the classroom so that seamless integration occurs with their use is often difficult for teachers with little time and training. The participants in the "Getting Handy" project are developing activity ideas and lesson designs, collecting resources, providing product updates, suggesting strategies for integration, and providing instructional support for efforts to use technology in instruction. Although the discussions will center around computer technology and portable computing, the site also includes suggestions for using Web 2.0 tools as well!
